| Senior Trouble Maker | Re: N95 Maps\Sat nav What GPS/satnav options are available at the moment? I don't want to use A-GPS or get it to use any of the network charges for downloading data (maps on the fly etc). So which software packages allow for the maps to be saved to the memory card rather than Nokia Maps for example ![]() I have a 6650 (T-mobile) which has pretty much the same software/hardware as the N95 ![]() Mac fancier > white macbook base spec .................. | Re: N95 Maps\Sat nav Nokia Maps does allow you to save to the memory card though? You just need to install the Nokia map loader, and let that download the maps over your home internet connection and onto your memory card. |

| Re: N95 Maps\Sat nav Thanks for info. I'll try again with Nokia maps and download the maps to my memory card. So in theory, if I have map's installed, could I still plot a route and use it to navigate, without getting hit for GPS charges? |
