| Vodafone Reseller Issues Hi there, I'm wondering whether anyone has run into this before. Company has just bought a load of phones from a network reseller, that run via the Vodafone network. Numbers were ported across from T-mobile. Since the switch over the phones have been hard to get hold of, often when they're dialled you get a dead line, no voice mail, no "this phone is switched off" just a dead line. I'm wondering what could be causing it? Is it down to the fact my boss went for a cheap reseller who'se not routing the calls? Is it an issue with Vodafone's network being crap?? | Re: Vodafone Reseller Issues you should get your boss to call up voda and yell at them. i am sure then voda would get the resellers to get their arse off and port it properly. i do know that voda are pretty good with their lines so its unlikely that they are having any network issues unless you work in really remote areas. |
