    Migrating

    Hi,

    Im trying to migrate from vodafone to 02 via Phones4u but their website says "Unfortunately we cannot arrange to Port your number on Vodafone and O2 for website sales." - anyone know why this is the case??

    I think its more than likely to be an ID thing. I did this from O2 to Orange, and it had to be done in store
