    Issues with htc hero and wireless n

    hi guys i have a cable wireless n netgear router, and im using it right now to access the internet but my htc hero i just got wont seem to pick it up. do you guys have any ideas, this is really annoying, does the hero have this sort of issue or is it just my phone/router.

    I think the hero is only 802.11b and g, not n.

    Have you turned on the B/G compatability mode on the Netgear?

    I had a problem with my Nintendo DS (which is B) on my Edimax N AP. I don't know if it would be corrected with a firmware update on the AP or not. I just disabled N temporarily.

    So it might be an idea to try just B or G to see what happens.
