| Sony C902 Hi I have a C902 on O2. Sometimes when the phone is loading pages on the internet I will get a Communication Failure Message Contact Operator for support. I contacted O2 and they have told me that this is normally due to network traffic. Do you think that this is the case? Thanks, Wizkid |

| Re: Sony C902 It sounds like the data coverage in your area is a bit spotty and you're getting timed out trying to access O2's gateway. I sometimes have that issue when accessing the Internet while I'm out and about, but so far it has resolved itself most of the time. If this is persistently happening to you no matter where you are, then perhaps there might be an issue with your phone's settings. If you can still make calls the phone's hardware is probably OK. |

I have also reset the settings on the phone. It can happen 5 times in a space of 30mins browsing on the phone. Then other times it will be absolutely fine. Does this happen to you? |
