Ermmmm...when does a phone become too big to be considered a phone? It's massive!

Its smaller than my old universal, then again some laptops are smaller than my old universal. Only just got my TD2, but would be very tempted with the HD2 if I was taking a new contract. I wear cargo trousers and tactical style shirts so storage isnt a problem, would need a nice case.

    Massive?!
Concidering the size of the screen compaired to the iphone I think the fact the unit is a tiny bit larger HTC have done very well.

Then end of the day people will rant and rave about how wonderful the iphone is and find pretty weak excuses to hate the HTC, be it the Windows Mobile side of things, its size, the fact its "copying" whatever. Cant beat the Apple marketting machine at the end of the day, of course a healthy dose of gullible users helps..

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

would like a side by side comparison between this and the s200, the s200 not being too far away from a sane sim-free purchase price

HTC Dragon just got spotted in the wild. Snapdragon (moar power) + Android = win. Just about to jump on the great ship that is HTC Hero, but my birthday is around corner, think I'll hold out for the Dragon

Saying that WinMo 6.5.1 is just around the corner too, and the mumurs are very promising.

Hopefully around my birthday, but I honestly don't know. Only product images have been leaked, nothing else really.
