| Make sure you set allow ethernet connection under connection settings. Then once set as allow ethernet connections resync in cradle and voila should then synce wirelessly. | David, your wifi mobile device needs to be on the same network, you can't do it "stateless" over wifi, you have to do it as a network sync with the mobile device on the same network as the computer. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, just though I'd remove the easy problems It is Inevitable..... |

| no windows update avaliable. remember you need to enable allow Ras and Network Connections. It will try and connect via computer name. So check that you can ping your computer whilst on the wifi LAN |

| if in active sync connection settings has the network option clicked and you can localy browse to the computer from the device then it should work, i dont know if a firewall or somthing could have effect on this tho. |
