O2 user in Gemany - which network

Off to Germany for the bank holiday weekend - was wondering which is the best network to use while there in terms of not getting ripped off? I'm on O2 contract.

You might have to contact O2 to get roaming enabled so you can access an overseas network while over in Germany.
