    3310 data cables

I bought a 3310 datacable which sits under the battery. No matter what software i use it will not detect it.
I sent the cable back for a replacement and the new one still doesnt work. I have even tried a different computer and different phones.

Maybe im doing something wrong, or maybe the cables are just useless, but everyone else who buys them off ebay seems to have no trouble.

I downloaded a program called LMLinkTest and it always fails.

check your serial ports are enabled and that the program config is looking at the correct port

make sure the pins are protruding enough to reach the contacts on the phone

escape fails - in it for the women and money check out the demo, we rock

Hate to break it to you but you can unlock 3310s for free on the internet with this code generator:

    http://unlock.nokiafree.org/

Used it several times and it works great.

Its been a long time since I used a 3310 dc, try changing the BIOS settings to default. Some programs don't like it when the BIOS is overclocked.
