| Am concerned about the processor speed. 200mhz does not sound good for mpeg4 playback and Skype is apparently a bit ropey. It also uses a min-SD as opposed to a full-sized one. Shame as WM5, keyboard and wifi are great updates on the JAM, but I'm erring on a jam-based phone as I want skype and video playback and can always add in an SDIO wifi card. |

| I want (like you) full SD support and GPS built in. Wifi i don't really care about (and yeah you can add it). I've got the magician now and am very happy with it (aside from wanting built in GPS!) | from what ive read the about the processor, alltough its slower in terms of mhz, its actually about 5 times as powerfull as the xscale versions, it works on a dual core processor in which one processor handles all the phone functions (GSM-specific at this point) and the other processor handles all the OS functions. also from what ive read skype works fine if the Echo cancelation option disabled. Im also upgrading from a c500 so im actually quite pleased to hear my miniSD will be of some use. |

| Depends what you want to do. If it's 5x as powerful across the board how come you need to turn echo cancellation off for Skype? I also doubt it'd play divx/mpeg4 as well as the 416mhz XScale. As Skype and video playback are two of the reasons I'm thinking of upgrading from my P900 I'll guess I'll have to wait for benchmarks for those apps. |
