This is not in my activesync ver. 4.0...???why and where is the option now?
from this menu... ![]() i need it for using my adsl connection over bluetooth via activesync... I have a 02 XDA2 if that helps... NOT a smartphone... to anyone that helps me...

Where did you getthe screenies from then? try using an older version maybe? And if an xda2 isnt a smartphone what is it?

Don't know if you have found the answer already but here goes anyway...
From what I have found ActiveSync allows pass-through connections automatically and there is no check box. There was the check box in version 3.7 and 3.8 where the screenshots are presumably from. I searched for a while for the checkbox and never found one but then I loaded a page in the phone and noticed ActiveSync making an internet connection in my firewall. |
