Bye Bye O2
Yeap...
I'm moving PAYG from O2. The reason behind this is their inability to allow media messages to come DIRECTLY to my mobile phone. Many a time I've been in the middle of nowhere with no Internet access available and I get the most stupidest message when I get a MMS message ; you've been sent a media message from <number>. Login at http://www.o2.co.uk and go to your media messaging inbox. WHY the hell can't I have the image sent to my phone? Why do I have to login to a website that is always slow and has issues showing MMS images ? Anyone recommend a PAYG sim thats cheap - and also allows MMS to be sent to my phone rather than a silly website ?

Personally, I'd rather wait until I've got GPRS coverage again than receive a text message telling me where I can download the MMS, but that's a moot point. |

hidden in the vast jungle of O2's website...

Step 2 – to activate your new settings text the letter you received in the confirmation text in step 1 to 2020. You need to select the letter that corresponds to the make of your mobile. For example: Nokia is the letter A so you'd need to text the letter 'A' to 2020. Again, the text costs standard rate to send. I wish they'd put that in somewhere a bit more accessable than hidden under loads of the website. It's just took me 15 mins to find that information after inserting my mobile number at least 10 times into their support pages. Ah well I'll keep this and the Orange 1 I have with 3000 Evening & Weekend Texts
