Cool Google Maps on your mobile

Just in case anyone has not come across this yet, point you mobile to http://wap.mgmaps.com and you can download a little java Gmap reader application. Should work on any phone with java and a colour screen. It has great search functionality and you can switch between normal maps and even satalite images. A little slow over GPRS but still works a treat. Better than i thought it would be

Cheers for that. Do I need a Symbian phone? Or will it work on any java phone?

    ermmmmm.... t610 or something.

I know the one that replaced it was pretty much identical, but the one up supports raw sockets and whatnot.

Well, any Java-capable phone on the Three network's definitely ruled out... but that's just the walled garden effect... so I can't view it on my phone atm... guess who's going to be switching away from Three when their contracts up (I was a fool for thinking they'd start opening things up when they had competition in the 3G market).
