| Hi there, In my experience (I've been with T Mobile for almost 7yrs) but do not use it that much so may be different for high users: Are they any good? Yes, never had any trouble. Still on the same package from 7yrs ago which only costs around £20 a month. Is it a free phone number for customer services from your mobile? Never had to use it so don't know, sorry. Do they Tariff match? Yes, my wife recently was thinking of changing to O2 and they matched what they were offering. I think most providers will tariff match these days due to the competitive nature of the market. regards Rev |

| T-mob won't usually tariff-match on upgrades unless you're a high-revenue customer (ie bills at least £30+ a month). Customer services is free on standard plans (bought in T-mobile stores etc) but there is a Self-Serve option that the online store gives you the option of taking which saves you £2 or £3 a month on line rental but means CS calls are 50p a min up to a max of £5/call. |
