D500 - Transferring Numbers To Computer

Hi,

I have a D500 but with a broken screen so that i cannot see my number or texts to transfer/delete them, but i can get bluetooth on, so bought a dongle to try this, but could only transfer/delete pics, songs and videos, as no software seems to work. Does anyone know if a data cable will be any better?

Bluesoleil (which worked to transfer/delete images, videos and music), Samsung PC Studio, and MOBILedit, can you name any others?

I downloaded this...but when i go to connect the phone it says i need to update microsoft drivers...how do i do this?

I'm not sure but I sure the FMA's website has a forum on which many of these problems are solved. Otherwise try using Windows Update to automatically find a new driver.
