Remote Admin via Bluetooth for phone

    Hi peeps.

My brother came down to visit me for the weekend and on his phone he could control my computer via bluetooth.. he said he got the software with the phone, so I was wondering if there is any software I can download for my phone so I can control my computer using my phone via bluetooth? My phone supports Java, it's a T610.

    Thanks

OK, erm, it's pretty cool and stuff but I meant for CONTROLLING THE COMPUTER, and not the phone... controlling the computer WITH the phone.

    Thanks

Did he had a K750i or W800i by any chance? They have, often forgotton, built in support for controling media player and other programs. When i get home on tuesday, i will dig out the links for you. I found a couple of bits of software for the PC to do it with.

Yeah, I think he has the K750i... looks like it on Google images anyway. It's the one with the 2 megapixel camera.

That would be great if you could get the links for me sometime. Thanks

Oh right. Well I found the Media Player thing, but I meant some software that could move the mouse for example.

    I said that

You can use it. I have used it to control mouse, winamp, media player etc...

Use joystick on T68i as mouse

    Does loads of cool stuff...

You can also use bluetooth to share your broadband internet connection...saves on the GPRS bill

Come to think of it, why exactly have you not just asked your brother what he used?!

And secondly, why would you want to use it instead of your mouse? Media Player i can understand.

And yeah, come to think of it you can use FMA to use the mouse, but i think you need an extra plugin or something. Have a look on thier website.

thats interesting! shame theres no point when ive got a perfectly good computer next to my phone
Remote desktop controll doesnt seem to work on my phone (k750i) because the bluetooth dongle doesnt support the required port or some thing like that - not that i need it when i have a perfectly good mouse
