    Nokia N80

Has anyone found a reputable UK dealer for these yet (sim free).

I've got a top dollar contract already so that won't interest me (800min + 1000txt for £39.99) but I can one find one uk etailer selling/preordering the phone and was kinda hoping to score a bit less than £500 for their pleasure.

Any ideas or past experiences anyone?

The N80 is available now with Orange for new customers at £49.99 (www.orange.co.uk)

It isn't unfortunately available as an upgrade yet. According to some Orange employees, it should be available as an upgrade in the next few days. How accurate that statement actually is, is anybodys guess.

I'm thinking about upgrading to the N80 myself. I have a SE W800i at the moment, but I feel like a change.

get one on a cheap contract and just pay off the rental? might be cheaper than getting it sim-free?

Expansys have them but they are very very expensive, around £500.

It works out cheaper to get a cheap O2 contract from E2save or somebody and dump the sim.

I really want one of these but I think O2 are gonna charge me a fortune to upgrade. Contract runs out on the 26th and they're listed as coming in may so will have to strike up some sort of deal.

I'm quite interested in the Upnp feature. How can I connect it to my tv and stereo wirelessly?

mark22, worst case scenario, Orange are offering the phone to new customers for £49.99, if O2 don't at least match that, tell them to sort out your PAC code

I haven't had that much time to play with the phone yet, but I have managed to connect wirelessly to my home network which is rather handy. Can check my e-mail and browse the web on my phone using my broadband.

Here's a little write up and some pics if you want to take a look.

I'm kinda torn between wanting the N80 and all of the N9x series. They are all just So sexy....

Still don't know what one I'll choose in the end yet.

£500 for a phone your likely to want to be shot of in 12 months time is a lot of money IMO.
