FAO : Orange Contract Customers
Quick question, because for the life of me I can't figure this out.
I bought a contract with 500mins, and 500 texts p/m, but with this I also got 120 free extra talk minutes. When I ring up 150 hoping to hear my minutes/texts remaining, all I get is "you have 116 talk time minutes remaining." (Or however many I do have) So is there a way to discover how many of the 500 minutes or texts you have remaining? I can't yet get onto the online bit where I can see my bills, pay them online etc, because I haven't recieved my first bill so don't know my account number, and Orange CS is very busy so I can't get through. ![]() Thanks. |

Had a similar issue, basically you cant do jack until you get your first bill
![]() I dont know anyway of finding out text numbers, but 150 should include all mins as far as im aware. |

When I call 150, the automated service tells me how many free minutes I had remaining but unfortunately it doesn't tell me how many texts I have left.
I know that pay as you go users do have such a feature, I think on pay as you go you dial 453 (or something similar) and it tells you how many texts you have. |
