    Unlocking K800i
    Can anyone help with unlocking the K800i,

    Would I need to take it to a shop or can this be done easily with an unlocker

    As of yet there is no available third-party solution, hardware or software, that can unlock the K800i. Neither is there an ETA on any solution.

    Having googled it, it appears not. I wouldnt be supprised if we don't have to wait long.

    the CID49 is gonna be a buttock to crack, like everything it will be done, but dont expect anything soon.

    just look at nokia's BB5... and the time taken there.

    at present the only method is via SP.

    its ~£15 from SP to do. so not that bad. the main problem is, that most dont like doing it within the contract period.

    I've just been told from someone that owns a Mobile phone store that they can do itm so I'll check and update this thread

    Cable & Server Credit or SP unlock for NCK code.

    [e!] i used the Total MultiServer cable to do K750i/W800i flashing/unlocking. You can get the old T610 ends for it.

    Though as a one off, I presume it might be equally as cheap and certainly less hassle to unlock via Service Provider.

    I'd go to your local market/dodgy mobilephone shop and get them to do it. Should cost about £5.

    i work in a mobile phone shop kind of and we download this software which ibv is secret that ubnlocks these phones and my collegeue used it to do a k800 so it can be done

    The big boys in the 'third party' unlocking forums would be all over that, so i doubt thats true unfortunately... Though what do i know.

    i dunno i work in a cimpany thats half pc shop half phone al i knwo is that they have this program coz i saw them dling it and now suing it but il find out later or tmorro as im going home
