Anyone had any luck getting M2 cards for this phone? I tried to get one thrown in with my contract, but they didnt actually have any (being a new format, and the fact I got the phone very close to launch).

I'd be looking to get something 256mb+ but wouldn't use the full capacity of a 2Gb card. Ebay is a no-no, given the distinct lack of an Ebay account & the recent memory card scams, so proper retailers only

Got a 1gb from CPW for £40 about 2 weeks ago. They were on offer at the time.

I got mine on eBay, 1gb for just under £40. My brother was supposed to be getting one for me from his work, Phones4u but as has been mentioned they were in very short supply.

Think if you aim for around £40 or less, its a good deal (if u want 1gb that is)

Just to update this for anyone still looking: Carphone warehouse are selling 512mb for something like £45 atm.

I've just bought a 1gb card from ebay. I know the original poster didn't want to go that route, but a Sony-branded card with adapters cost me £38.50 delivered from the UK, and it took one working day to arrive. You can shave a couple of quid off that if you order from HK, but delivery will take a lot longer.

How about MyMemory? They seem to be out of the 1gb cards, but they've got Sandisk 512mb cards for £18.95 including P+P.
