    Some advice required....

Just had my first bill from Vodafone through, and despite the salesmans promises, Itemised billing wasn't included for free.

However, I only noticed after he had separated the two sheets, I made him ammend his copy, but forgot mine and hence I have no itemised billing - and if I want it, I have to pay

Whats the best way to proceed - the girl I spoke to at Vodafone CS wanted me to take my copy of the contract to a store, but it shows no itemised billing?

i don't think there is much you can do with regards to your contract, you could just try to be firm that they should check their contract and look at the ammendment on it

You could go to the place where you signed the original contract and see if they can make a copy for you "because you lost it" or something like that

can't think of anything else to suggest.

Yep, you need to get a look at that contract, otherwise they'll just think your trying a quick one.

Well, all praise goes to Vodafone - not a problem, that'll work as of next month Not going to be charged, didn't even want to look at the paperwork
