    any1 knowif

    i can terminate my o2 contract within the first 7 days ii dont know if my rights still stand if its contracted? if i want too ?

    Yes you can, if you bought it on the net the distance selling rules apply.

    Not so sure on if you bought it in a store, but I'm sure you can.

    there was a 14 day cooling off peroid on the last contract for a mobile phone i signed (vodafone)

    throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)

    basically wat happened was i got a new contrat on o2 from the link... it was a e900 phone 40 quid cashback and 100 texts 130 minutes a month for 25 quid

    basically my phones broken and luckily i took out insurance on it but i now wanna stop my contract which i have had for 6 days... the phones been sent to be repaired and will come to my doorstep within a week

    im wondering do u think i cld cancle my contract and get them to send the phone back to the shop when its fixed becuase they wld need the phone back to cancle it

    Not sure about the cashback side of things, but as others have said you have a cooling off period during which you can freely cancel.
