Was it thru the ebay mobile phone contracts?
Or just a plain phone off ebay from a standard seller? If the first, you might get the warranty thru the seller. If the second, then you'll have to contact the phone manufacturer directly and see if they will honour their year's warranty which their legally obliged to IIRC. |

I've not got bought anything yet but it would be through regular eBay.
I was thinking paying an extra £30 and getting the phone through a proper retailer would be worth it just for warranty's sake you see, but if I'd get one with a phone off eBay anyway then happy days.
