    K800i failed to upload file

Having real problems shifting mp3's to my g/f's phone.

I have ripped a couple of her CD' so she can have them on her phone (with 256 memory 'stick') however some of them seem to screw up right at the end of the transfer and its impossible to get them on there. I am using Bluesoleil with the file transfer service, I get a message that says "failed to upload file".

    any ideas?

Could it be DRM, after all it is a Sony...

    You are using what?

Why not just connect the phone to a USB port and do a windows explorer copy over to the MP3 folder on the card?

Or better yet, pop the card out and stick it in a card reader, much faster.

ah, so thats what Bluesoleil is

If they are just regular MP3s then there shouldn't be any strange DRM issues. Actually i don't think the SE media player can handle DRM at all.

I have major issues similar to this, with the BT on mine, and im just waiting for the new firmware to hit SEUS as it's meant to make BT a whole lot more stable!

I was using BlueSoleil myself, and ended up ditching it as I thought it was that, however, It wasnt and the issue is with the firmware rather than the BT on the computer.

Ive resorted to USB &/or IR...
