| tomtom one and samsung e720 on orange ok basically i cant get the tom tom to pick up the gprs setting on my phone. as the title says its a samsung e720 and its on orange pay as you go. it connects to the tomtom fine but when it comes to getting the gprs settings it wont do it them if i try it manually i dont have all the info on my phone to do it. any ideas guys ? | Best bet is to check the orange website and see if this has the relevant information. Failing that I would personally phone orange and see if they shall send you the settings required, they normally do this via a text message. |

| try http://setup.orange.co.uk The settings are on there for most phones and can be sent over the air. *edit* except yours isn't on the list. Did you buy the phone from Orange? Cheers, Stephen |

| fat jex no didnt buy the phone from orange but the thing is my phone works perfect on gprs .. so i dont see wat difference it would make and i think i used that to set it up anyways EVE - Online ( TiMeZeRo225, Proper Emo, Facter ) CS:S - TiMeZeRo |

Your phone isn't listed on Tomtom's site as supported ( http://www.tomtom.com/phones/index.php#help ), so if GPRS is already working then I would suggest talking to Tomtom for support. You could also try the forums at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com Cheers, Stephen |

| thnx weird thing is its under the phones list on the tom tom i have one other question for you guys have any of you had problems when connecting your tomtom to you pc my pc locks up completely when i connect the tomtom i alerady ahve the tomtom home software installed it comes up goes to retreiving logging data or somethign the dies EVE - Online ( TiMeZeRo225, Proper Emo, Facter ) CS:S - TiMeZeRo |
