Orange SPV M700 Hi all, I've been holding off sicne Dec 06 to upgrade my phone and i think i might have found a beauty! It's due out this month and looks brilliant. It's got great features including Built in GPS and it's using windows mobile 5! Would be great to hear from any of you out there with more info. Thanks all Darren

This is the HTC Trinity IIRC. Interesting to hear the Orange version will have gps. HTC themselves sell this model as the 3600 without gps. Anybody seen the HTC Artemis aka O2 Orbit or T-mobile Compact III. Similar features to the trinity and sure looks like another beauty! I was thinking about the Compact III with a flext contract until I learnt T-mobile versions have no wifi. Probably don't want to affect their web n walk sales.

Artemis is a design i think bud, the Orbit is the HTC 3300, which is currently my favourite out of all of them (i sell them and various PDA/GPS systems). The only thing imo that lets it down is the 200 MHz processor, which is kinda weak compared to the TyTn and the Ipaq 6915 which have a 400MHz cpu. there are Artemis 160, 200 and so on models, but cant really tell the difference between them tbh. more info here www.pdadb.net , amazing how many of these phones/pda's are all made by HTC

I thought this model just didn't have wi-fi, but if it's only T-Mobile ones that don't I will DEFINITELY switch to someone else....who is doing good deals....? Web'n'Walk - what a waste of money when your handset is GPRS only |

I spoke to orange and he said yes it has. It has a trial subscription to the GPS service and then you need to pay after it expires. Call Orange if you need to get this feature confirmed. I'm probably going to upgrade tonight, but looking into the Nokia N95.

This phone does have the gps chipset built in, however last I heard there were some problems with it interfering with phone calls. However I think they may have sorted that bug out, if not i'm sure they will soon and it will just need a firmware update to get it working!

I'm still trying to work out if it's worth the wait for the Nokia N95. It seems to have everything! But the price is still unknown, if it's under £150 i go for the Nokia.
