Help understanding amd chipset

So when I first started learning about pc's one of the first things I learned about intel motherboards is that there are several chipsets for different kind of "work" for example Z87, H87, H81... B85. My question is is there some way to distinguish amd ones, or are they all the same? because I can't find it on the web.
