MSI Z97S Krait Eidition or ASRock Pro4?

Can't decide between the two for my new build.

Was originally going to go with the MSI but have heard some not good things so looking at alternatives. The ASRock Pro4 seems to get good reviews, what do other people think?

Would the ASRock Pro3 or the MSI GUARD-PRO be better choices?

Alternatively can anyone suggest a different mobo? I don't plan on doing any OC'ing and if I do it will be light. This will be a single GPU system.

If you're not overclocking, not using SLI and not using the more cutting edge features (NVMe) with better support on a newer version of windows then why such an expensive motherboard?

That H100i cooler also seems like it won't give you any benefits over something a quarter of the price.

Well the cheapest Z97 motherboards I can find all seem to be ~£60+, I didn't think £80 was that expensive and was considered one of the more entry-level motherboards.

Could you suggest a more appropriate motherboard for me in that case?

i use a asrock extreme 6 and its a fab board.

Trying to to decide between these two Boards. I won't be overclocking right away but possibly in the future (8-12months) to maintain relevant processing speed for the rig. I can get either of these for around $60.
