Motherboard CPU Compatability

With it not being listed as a compatible CPU will an i5 4690k work in an MSI B85M-E45? I can't really see it not working at all but I'm no expert so any help or info is much appreciated.

The mainboard cpu support here https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/supp...ml#support-cpu states it supports (i5 4690)+(T)+(S) versions I maybe wrong but i would say yes it would work the difference is nothin apart from the speed the T version is 2.5ghz and the K version 3.5ghz both are quad core here http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i...-Core-i5-4690K
