    Favourite Cover Songs ?

    I guess the title says it all.

    I'll start with two I currently like , one well known the other probably not. ( the originals i mean )

    Oooo excellent thread. I don't know what it is about cover songs but they are irresistable.

    and Hurt by Johnny Cash

    I love some of the cover versions that Muse have done, like this:

    House of the rising sun

    Cake did a good cover of I will survive, there a lot more I like but these were the first three that came to mind when I saw this thread. I might add more later.

    Even if you've not heard the original (of which there multiple 'originals' ) its an awesome cover.

    Edit: FWIW the Live Lounge albums are actually really good IMO.
