What do you think of it? I am a massive Shadow fan (thinking of seeing him live soon) and his previous albums are just outstanding - some of the best albums i have ever bought. But i am a little unsure if i even like this new one. Maybe its a grower, but its a little 'rappy' for my liking.
yeah. only listened to it once so far, was quite surprised when it started. Sounds like Dr Dooom or Dr Octogan, nothing like Endtroducing unfortunitely. Mainstream it is not, quick is probably a good thing, although not what i normally listen to, it does seem quite honest and not just a release to make a quick buck.
I've been listening to "Let Me Introduce My Friends" by I'm From Barcelona.
Seriously, this album is fantastic - just give it a listen if you get a chance.
