Great to hear!
I'm sure you'll like Voices as well.
While on the subject of evoking memories, I do have a special memory of exactly this album. At the time it was released it was a Day One purchase for me (was a *huge* Vangelis fan at the time) and I was sooo looking forward to hearing it. When I did the music sounded very distorted; especially "P.S.". I then found out that there was some sort of feedback loop between my PC's shiny new (and very expensive) Sound Blaster AWE32 and my stereo set. The effect mostly manifested itself when the PC was off and it was apparently caused by the connection *from* my stereo set (output) *to* the AWE32 (input). I pulled the cable and the distortion was gone. I've never since connected my PC and my stereo set in that way. These days I could probably do it optically, but the need hasn't arisen.
Anyway, sorry for going slightly off topic.

Continuing my retro electronica journey - so far a morning with Vangelis, and now JMJ.

Good choice, I love his live (ish) concerts, in fact, the Paris gig was quite possibly the best live concert Ive ever seen. Till the wife taped over it
And I just watched Clockwork Orange this morning so Wendy Carlos will be my choice for Thursdays trip.

Past week I have been listening to Thunder - Rip it Up & Anthrax - Persistence of Time which are both on vinyl
I have also been listening to Shinedown - Threat to Survival (been listening to this album for past 3 months!) and Stone Sour - Hydrograd which I only got last week, need to listen to it a bit more but loving it so far.
Continuing the electronic theme from previous posts, i've been listening to Into Battle by Michael Shipway and Spiral by Vangelis. (I have a huge 70s/80s EM collection.)
Hollywood Undead - Five
Ill Bill & Vinnie Paz - Heavy Metal Kings
Really into Mastodon - Emperor of Sand right now. They even have a documentary on youtube about how it was made and it was very insightful and fun to watch.
Found a group I've never heard of and been listening to their complete works:
VNV Nation
The new Rammstein album, these guys still do what they do as well as they use to do.
Also recently discovered Henrik Schwarz, really enjoying his stuff while driving to/from work
Love a bit of Rammstein
Sabaton's new album: The Great War
Power metal songs about events/people from WW1.
Sounds good, I shall check it out
I'm currently listening to Tool - Fear Innoculum. As always with Tool, it has lots of complex arrangements which need several listens to fully appreciate. But now I've had a few listens, it's hard to put into words how much I love this album. Just stunning.
Have been listening to Jurassic 5 recently
Jurassic 5 - In The House in particular
Also Rage Against the Machine - 1992 album
Levellers - Levelling The Land is another good one
Lately I have gotten into Slipknot and been listening to All Hope is Gone & Vol 3 : The Subliminal Verses
Always Five Finger Death Punch more so Decade of Destruction with it being a best of and it thumps along nicely.
Kiss : Revenge, Def Leppard : Adrenalize & Alice in Chains : Dirt have also been played while traveling to and from college
