I left about three quarters of the way through. I was thoroughly bored, had also come straight out of Cloverfield (which disappointed me too) and the local chavs were being much noisier than usual.

Anyway, probably better than the first one but pretty rubbish all in all.

i watched it last night, wasn't too impressed either, just a bit boring and predictable really, if only Hollywood could start using their imaginations again and take risks to make good films as opposed to safe films that will cover the costs!

I thought it was good.Could have been better of course but definetly the way the first film should have been.

And why would the predalien use the weaponry? At the end of the day its still the same parascite as any of the other aliens only its host was a predator rather than a human.

So it has the same mentality as the rest and technological warfare isnt it.

    Hopefully a new game?

I loved all the Alien films and the Predators and the first AVP (obviously some are better than others). So you can imagine that i'm pretty lenient with this kind of thing.

However, AVP2 Requiem is a very poor movie. Me and my girlfriend normally have a chat about the film we just watched but it was very difficult to find any redeeming features of this film.
I mean, Aliens and Predators. They fight, people die. How can they get it SO WRONG!!!! I didn't think it was possible!!! Bah.

We are going to write the script for the new movie, it can't be any worse than this one
