What was the last movie you saw?

I watch movies quite frequently, maybe we can share views about the latest movies we have seen?

Last night i saw meet the spartans...and I think it was utter ****.
saw Hitman before that, thought it was pretty good.

Something like this would be better in GD or Banter.

Moderating my own forum would be helpful don't you think? *sigh*

    There will be blood.

It's an angry film. Not sure whether I enjoyed it or not, but Daniel Day Lewis is very good in it.

Wouldn't mind seeing Jumper... rather enjoyed Sweeny Todd for something a little different...

I happened to catch Jumper recently too, so I've written a review on it: HEXUS.lifestyle - Review :: Jumper : Page - 1/4

Unfortunately, I didn't see it the same way Pollaxe did, to say the least.

Re: What was the last movie you saw?

LOL. Well I go with very low expectations these days so perhaps I'm easily pleased? I wouldn't be averse to seeing it again but not if I had to pay for it! (I was lucky enough to get one of those unlimited cards for my birthday as a present.)

I went to see Cloverfield with raised expectations (mainly thanks to James King on Radio 1) and I really wasn't impressed at all. Jumper for me was on a par with the X-Men kind of level; implausible, bubble-gum action film. For me it worked on that level (I liked whoever Billy Elliot is called, the film would've been a lot worse without him) and I noticed they left the ending ripe for a sequel (without giving any spoilers.)
7 out of 10 for me.

I didnt like Jumper at all, thought it would be awesome and it turned out to be really awful. Much like Cloverfield, over hyped Rambo: First Blood better be good! I'll be seeing that later on tonight.
