Just finished listening to "Damnation" by Opeth, yup thats a death metal band but! its an odd album its not a metal one its more like 70s prog, somewhat a kin to Camel or Barclay James Harvest or some such. Very good I recomend.

"Nil Recurring" - Porcupine Tree (EP) is on repeat this week particularly track 2 "Normal". PT rock!

    Soundgarden - Superunknown

I recommend this album to absolutely anyone with an interest in rock music, it's a 16 song masterpiece. I've always said Soundgarden are the most criminally underated band of all-time so, as their best album, I guess this is the most criminally underated album of all time! I'm glad Chris Cornell has started to get more publicity in his solo career, but it's late 80's / early 90's Soundgarden where my heart truly lies. Seriously try and take a listen to this album if you can.
