Re: Highlander: Remake (with Iron Man writers)
1 - Great
2 - Shoot me 3 - Shoot me and the producers The Series - Surprisingly, actually not too bad 4 - An extension of the series, also not too bad 5 - Apparently (I've not seen it), a horrible mess based on three seperate scrips which makes 2 and 3 look oscar-worthy. I can kind of see why they would want to remake 1 (for the reasons in the OP) but 1 managed to be a great movie despite the problems and I just can't see them being able to recapture the magic. |

Re: Highlander: Remake (with Iron Man writers)
Initial thoughts were bad bad bad ! but then they do have Christian Bale as the main role so I am quite curious now if the script can match him when he did Batman

Re: Highlander: Remake (with Iron Man writers)
Christian Bale? He's becoming the king of reviving dead franchises isn't he? Batman, terminator and now highlander? I loved him as an actor since american psycho though and if anyone CAN do it..

Re: Highlander: Remake (with Iron Man writers)
As long as they use Queen again for the soundtrack I will be happy.
Looking on the brightside at least its not Paul Anderson wanting to do it. ![]() |
