    Hancock

This film is good for the first half hour and when you see it in the cinema is qute good but when u get out you cant explain it to anyone and the storyline makes no sense! Anyone else feel the same way?

I've not actually seen it, but I watched the trailer for it on the Apple site. For me, it's one to rent on DVD when it's released, but I doubt I'd go to the cinema to see it.

Storyline wasnt too hard to follow, although it was a bit of a twist. Was expecting him just to be some slightly obnoxious superhero and didnt expect a full backstory to everything. Good film overall.

    Watchable but forgettable.

The last part just seemed like the Director got bored and threw stuff together to finish it off.

It was okay but the major plot twist was predictable because it wasn't exactly hidden in the trailers I saw.

For me, this was on a par with I Am Legend because I enjoyed the first half of the film more than the second.

I quite enjoyed it but, and this is a J-Lo sized but, the camera shaking and zoomed so close that in HD you can probably count the nose hairs was really ****ing me off!! I could keep a handy cam steadier than that

So that pretty much made me feel sick and gave me a headache but the content was actually pretty good

I was pretty disappointed after watching it the storyline wasn't that good at all in my opinion. Enjoyed the first half mind it's the second half that dragged the whole film down.

    Re: Hancock

Hancock is pretty much a case of if you've seen the trailer, then you've seen the best parts of the film. I thought Will Smith was incredibly likeable as the unreformed Hancock (his way of dealing with law breakers was far more amusing than later on), but I think the film really lost its edge as he was groomed in to a more well behaved, but ultimately less interesting character. I'm not sure the storyline was complicated though - the jist is lousy superhuman hero guy is turned into nice, clean all-American superhuman hero guy via the discovery of his one true achilles heel, prison, and a few other incidences.

My work colleague told me not to go and see it. He hated it. Now I am unsure if to go or not

Well there are no really menacing characters but it's fairly fun but also very predicatable. Just that bloomin camera shake that is unforgivable.
