I have slept for 8 hours only in the last seven days, and I finished Uni for the summer last Tuesday. So with the extra "bit" of time I've had, I've been spending it listening to the same albums over and over again..
Joanna Newsom - Milk Eyed Mender Fabriclive 25 For anyone interested, there's a Joanna Newsom video here: http://www.dragcity.com/bands/newsom.html |

I was watching Jools Holland with the missus a year or so back and we were seriously intrigued by her singing face. Thought it was all giggles at first, but after buying Walnut Whales, we were pleasantly surprised - so bought the rest. Ellie doesn't listen to her that much, but she's ALWAYS on my chill out playlist

One of the tracks was on an Orange advert a while ago (the one about the blackout in New York). Was at my cousins in Glasgow one time and his girlfriend put the album on and i was blown away. they saw her live a few months before that.

My favourite D'n'B album at the moment is Andy C - The Nightlife though personally, I went to see him and Pendulum at fabrics too

heh Fabric - just got all the back catalogue of their releases
![]() I've not really got anything new apart from a few quality readers mixes from themixingbowl. I downloaded one and it was an absolute classic. It started off quite slow and then progressed to speed garage - took the michael out of this genre and then moved over to progressive and funky house.
