The wife booked a couple of tickets for a concert (part of teh London 2012 Festival) by this lot with the comment "didn't you know I was into baroque music". Well we have only been married 25 years and I couldn't recall it cropping up before.

Anyway, it was just brilliant. A lead Violinist (and director?) who looked 16 and probably in her mid twenties was mesmerising.

For someone used to rock/pop concerts this was a surprise to me...never looked at my watch in the whole 3 hours.

Pleasant surprises are few and far between nowadays so thought I would share.

They are a fantastic bunch, and their 4 Seasons is very nice.
