Lets try again then with imagehost (which now having used it I prefer - so thanks for the tip )

Should point out as you can see from the screens above, if you install mediainfo, it also tells you a bit about the source file, ie codec, container etc...
Then if you use the "i" button on the remote, it will also give you a bitrate reading of the video stream (this is all using the latest firmware)

Having just had a quick peek on the mediaportal site I would have to agree - that does look very slick

However back the PCH, if you saw myihome in its native/original format you would appreciate that this YAMJ plugin (Yet Another Movie Jukebox = YAMJ) is a much nicer way to browse your media

Another big plus for the PCH is the firmware is always being updated with added features and there is plenty of support in their forums

    Code:
    www.networkedmediatank.com
Overall, IMO, as media players they put the Xbox 360 and PS3 truly in their place, and give the TVIX units a bloody good run for their money (usually twice the price) - from what Ive read the TVIX firmware is generally regarded as quite buggy and updates are not as quick as for the PCHs

If anybody is looking for a non-networked media player, Western Digital have recently gone into the market with a $99 dollar unit which is getting good feedback from what ive read so far - can also play HD 1080p files easily

Yes from what Ive read on the forums, the new firmware has now been released for the A110 and the latest release of myihome will run using this firmware

I should point out, the YAMJ plugin is not perfect, meaning its not fully automated. You need to rerun the configuration each time you add new movies/shows etc... and I have found having an .nfo file with the imdb url of the movie/show in the source directory means it is a lot more accurate when getting the info from imdb - However it is still under development

I would be very surprised if you go ahead and buy an A110 and then regret it!
