We use this guys for our site at work (which is a tiny tiny thing really!), whilst the cheaper packages seem to have some downtime (about 5-10 minutes a week atm), they offer the features you're asking after from within cPanel. |

I use GoDaddy (economy) for about 10 sites. (some using same space, majority on their own account)
Perfect, never had a problem. Really cheap too. For hosting multiple sites on one space, try ZoneEdit.com
