Re: Siemens Gigaset or Netgear WG111GE?
I always though Sioemens made very good cordless phones amongst other things... but I have no experince of their wireless client adaptors. if your router is netgear, i owuld stock to the netgear TBH.
If you are running Xp any 802.11g ( with backward 802.11b compatibility) card should be okay from the likes of Linksys, Belkin, Netgear, D Link. Edimax - as long as you are not too far away from the router and walls are not overy thick the standard ones should suffice. For weaker wireless signals there are more sensitive adaptors you can buy. |

Re: Siemens Gigaset or Netgear WG111GE?
Yeh thats one I was talking about, its well priced at only £7, but ive never used an atheros chipedadapter, only ralinks so dont have a clue how good they are, but spec wise it seems better then the netgear (which would be the safe choice), but im hoping the siemens is a more reliable connector?
