Tmobile broadband down in south london

Hi Guys,

Do you have the same problem in south london,???
I live near london bridge
From 2nd to 6th of october, tmobile broadband via usb stick is down when I tried to connect
I have error 619.... I called hotline several times they said it s nework issue, we re working on that !!
it s 4 days down TMobile should do discount about the price, i paid 35p monthly

Yes, same here, using in London - went down early hours of Sat morning and has yet to resurface! Apparently there is a problem with their main network switch in Croydon, perhaps they need to get someone down there who knows what they're doing

I was told if the service is down for more than 3 days, we are due to compensation, what exactly I don't know so it looks like they've got one more day to fix it otherwise a lot of claims are going in and I urge everyone affected to do so!
