VPN connection failure

Hi,

We live in Australia and are trying to sign up with Expat Telly to enable us to view BBC programmes via iPlayer. We are getting an error code of 619. Expat Telly seems to think that the problem may be at our end or with the ISP blocking VPN connections - they assure my they don't, ET also think there may be a Firewall app in conflict with the connection. Can anyone give me any advice?

I love BBC shows and I am using SunVPN.com to access them. Using this application it allows my computer to browse restricted websites and even connect from behind restrictive firewalls. Go ahead and try this, hope that you will enjoy those great shows.
