So I've got a Nortel 425-24T switch. I'm only wanting to get it back to an operational mode. But I've managed to break the loop with just a ctrl+c

This is what it comes up with, except a few times a second.
Error: LinkScan: Unit 0 Port 6: bcm_port_update failed: Bad parameter
Error: LinkScan: Unit 0 Port 6: bcm_port_update failed: Bad parameter
Error: LinkScan: Unit 0 Port 6: bcm_port_update failed: Bad parameter
Error: LinkScan: Unit 0 Port 6: bcm_port_update failed: Bad parameter
Error: LinkScan: Unit 0 Port 6: bcm_port_update failed: Bad parameter

This is a part of the boot, I broke the boot sequence as it'll just keep going around in a loop

Obviously there is a problem with an internal loopback.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

This was a switch I bought off ebay and just want to resell it. Can't seem to find an answer via google.
