They haven't even got the balls to follow it through

Nice to see them making a U-Turn on this one, now all they gotta do is provide another 6mb on top of the fastest speed they provide and I might think about moving back

Maybe they have sacked the moron that lost them all the custom by announcing the Fair Usage Policy and are gonna employ someone with a clue?

Currently 2mb is available for £21.99 and £39.99 with no difference in product (difference was going to be the ammount of usage), so they have to announce something.

    Whaaa!?!?!!?

    Result !

Always seemed like a daft idea in the first place, considering the competing deals available.

" Do I have to worry about how I use my broadband connection?
No. 99% of our customers are using their broadband connection in a completely sustainable manner, and because of the new approach you won’t need to keep an eye on your usage levels every month ".

So why did they introduce fair-usage in the first place ?

I'm currently on 2MB Broadband Premier, £29 a month. So on April 28th I suppose I can expect the price to drop

Or something equally as cool happen. If not, I'll change to 2MB Broadband Plus.

Well I'm on the 512 Premier, which I'm assuming will become 2Mb at some point over the next couple of months....

Incase you didnt know. E-mail was sent out today Plus have given up on the FUP thing. Seems they just mucked it up, leaving a user base confuzzled and with a loss of trust in a once very reliable ISP. The new plan is to crack on with the speed upgrades and lower conection radions to 30:1 As far as the FUP is consered or any useage monitoring they dont seem to have mentioned it. Check your mail Plus costomers.
