BT Business Broadband upgrade DELAYED

We will be writing to you again before the end of March giving you details about how you can upgrade your broadband line online using this portal.

Your upgrade order can be made from this site, from 28th April 2005. Should there be a delay, we will update these pages accordingly to keep you informed. We are expecting high demand, so please bear in mind that if you are unable to upgrade immediately you can try again at a later date. There is no deadline to upgrade your service, you may prefer to upgrade after the initial rush.

You will need your primary email address (which will be in the form xxx@btconnect.com) and primary email password to perform the upgrade. Your primary email address appears in the letter that we sent you recently.
