    Tesco.net email not sending mail(Urgent)

Hi everyone. My dads having a problem with his email that he needs sorted pronto. He's using outlook express, and when he tries to send email he gets an error saying that mail.tesco.net couldn't be found(or something similar). All settings appear to be normal, and the only thing that's recently changed is our internet connection from tesconet dialup(which we're still paying for) to zen ADSL. However, he can send mail from his tesco account without and problems in london using BTinternet, so it's not that tesco won't allow non-tesco connections to send email using their mail servers.

Has anyone got any experience of this, or has anyone got any suggestions regarding what do to(suggest get gmail and I'll deck ye) to fix it?

I'd like to get this sorted tonight if possible, and I'm googling etc. trying to find a solution. His account recieves email without bother, but just can't send it.

tesco will be only allowing people in their IP range to use their mail relay (mail.tesco.net)

    try relay.zen.co.uk or smtp.zen.co.uk or mail.zen.co.uk or outmail.zen.co.uk
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)

Thanks very much guys, Googling revealed two options so far as well.

One is that the IP's been updated and the DNS servers are just being slow to catch on, the other is that tescos SMTP server won't accept connections from other servers. I'm about to try changing the outgoing server to mailhost.zen.co.uk, hopefully that'll sort it
