when is tiscali getting sorted??

my ping in css leaps up from the hours of 6.30-11 ish probably becasue of traffic will it always be like this??

Pretty much, tiscali contention ratios are pretty high, so youre likely to be affected a lot more by other people using the net im afraid.

Yes it will be like this Tiscali has a limited bandwidth network, its not throttled at local exchange but within their network, there is unlikely to be any improvement at all.

If you want a better service you will need to change from a private network like Tiscali (Datastream product), to an ISP that uses IPStream which then uses BT's backbone, which is much more able to support traffic and hence you pay more for what you get.
