Orange Broadband - anyone a happy customer?

    Hi,

I'm thinking of going with Orange Broadband (Unlimited £19.99) as the deal is pretty good. I've searched the web and have found many unhappy Orange Broadband customers. I'm wondering if Orange really are that bad or that people only submit reviews when they have bad experiences.

Any happy Orange Broadband Customers out there?

    Thanks,
    Stephen.

Put it this way, I know a lot of Orange staff that won't use them...

    Cheers,
    Stephen

I know of three people who have been or are on Orange BB...they either got out or want out...

sometimes its better to pay a little bit for a quality service and I suspect this is one of those occasions...

If your happy with having to wait a couple of days to get back on line then fair enough who am I to argue? But I wouldn't be happy and I seriously doubt most other people would be either, no matter wether it was every 5-6 months or 5-6 yrs

    Provider

I'm with BT-Yahoo at the moment complete with home-hub. Was with AO Hell but got shut of it cos of persistant connection problems. As for being fined....not yet but I suppose there's time yet, lol. Although as far as I'm aware a lot of ISPs will allow you to periodically exceed your limit, providing you dont go too far over, without penalising you.

with orange here - no complaints so far, but only been with them a month... paying for mobile anyway so figured might as well talk BB on top - pay an extra £5 pm to have it 'uncapped' (40gb) and speeds arent to bad - time will tell
